My house is located in Challans, a nice little town located 15-20 minutes from the beach (9.5 miles from the
closest one, Saint Jean de Mont). It's a tourist area close to the sea without the disadvantages, but with all the amenities
of a cute commercial town. From the house, you can bike to the boutiques, beauty salons, bakers, bouchers, cafes, restaurants,
open-air markets (twice a week), movie theatre, shopping centers, library, swimming pool, tennis courts, roller skating rink,
etc. The Bowling Center is on the other side of the town, a 10 min car ride. The Equestrian Center is in the
countryside, only 15 min away. Below are some pictures of my house...
It's a Townhouse of 1315 square feet offering a big living room, 3 bedrooms (one with a 63 inches bed - one with a 47
inches bed - one with a 35 inches bed and a beautiful crib which can be replaced by another 35 inches bed upon request), a
large kitchen, and a bathroom with bathtub. Rentals are available year-round, at $500 per week. Charges
included May to August - Winter Heating Charges Sept to April. Maximum of 5 persons. Discounted rates for long stay (3 months minimum). Contractual Booking Deposit: 30%
of rent (non-refundable). Damage Deposit: $250
